My duties as a site supervisor were carried for six years. First, at the biggest construction company in Ecuador called \u201cUribe & Schwarzkopf Constructions\u201d. And later on, at a smaller company but as same as high quality constructions called \u201cNevamar S.A.\u201d<\/p>

The project shown here is called \u201cParque Real\u201d, is the largest project of the construction company \u201cUribe & Schwarzkopf\u201d, developed within the city of Quito, Ecuador. A reference point for the rest of the country. Its distribution makes it very interesting: towers for housing, an office building and two towers of luxury executive suites. In addition, located at a strategic zone because of its proximity to commercial, recreational and financial centers. \u00a0Each tower has its own language with shapes that distinguish them from each other, although they contribute to the unity of the set with common elements: height, facade material and the use of color. I was one of the team members who was in charge of the construction management. This project is made up of 12 towers, 846 apartments and 60 commercial premises. With a site area of 22 721.85 square meters and a building area of 103 912.73 square meters within are also located large green areas and gardens.<\/p>

My duties as a site supervisor was to manage the supply of materials on the right delivery time according to specifications, supervise the work on terms of aesthetics, as well as finishing and assembly, not before taking measurements and assess the situation on-site. Knowledge on type of material, the use of it, installation process, dry time and hazards are some of the compulsory things for me to have in order to guarantee a good performance of each materials.<\/p>

After this project, I developed as a site supervisor at different projects such as office buildings, the construction of showrooms and exhibition apartments. \u00a0<\/p>

Another interesting challenge at this work experience was to manage customer issues regarding construction guarantees, therefore I had to analyse and identify construction variations and damages. With these results, I managed the supervision and control the construction process with it\u2019s arrangements. Finally, the delivery of departments and offices to their owners were done.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
