The beach house for the Hutchinson\u2019s couple, is planned in its distribution and decoration with attention to their calls and needs.<\/p>

I have worked with the Vintage – mid-century styles in a harmonious way and giving a touch of freshness in each of the environments to achieve a beachy feel for its occupants.<\/p>

The colours used in floors, walls and furniture go according to a single colour palette. In each of the environments is the largest ladder of the colours of the palette and is complemented by the rest of the colours of the same palette, but on a smaller scale giving a delicate and unique touch.<\/p>

All the needs of the occupants of the house are met by providing an environment for gym, another for a study and the implementation of Hi-Technology equipment – for Peter. And, for Claudia, a reading room or recreation is provided on the second floor, which can be converted into a guest room according to the needs of the occasion.<\/p>

The biggest challenge in the design for the house was to combine the colours of the fireplace -Black and beige, armchairs – gray and the orange paint. These colours gave me the guidelines to choose the colour palette of the whole house.<\/p>

The social area has a mid-century style with a black sofa which combines with the fireplace and in turn used orange chairs matching the painting of the dining room.<\/p>

Each room and on a different scale, has a touch of orange, blue, green, black, and white.<\/p>

The materials that were used in this project are the most luxurious in the market that managed to have a personalized and achieve a very well valued house.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
